All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground service. Orders placed before June 30th have a much better chance to be completed before the start of the school season. Items that are not washed, worn or altered may be returned for a refund within 14 days or can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must also be in original packaging with tags. Embroidered or printed items may be exchanged but not refunded. Please rest assured we will work as hard as we can to get orders out as fast as possible.
